Cookery Courses
Join us at Les Peupliers, a 200 year old French farmhouse in the heart of the Loire Valley for one of our cookery Master Classes lead by professional chef, Michael Wilke. Michael’s experienced, relaxed style will let you learn in a fun yet informative manner, with time for lots of hands-on practical skills and demonstrations where you can pick up tips and tricks of the professional kitchen. Typically the course will start late afternoon to prepare your three course evening meal.
