Cooking Classes

Cookery Classes at Les Peupliers with Master Chef  Michael Wilke

Join us at Les Peupliers for one of our one-day cookery classes lead by professional chef Mike Wilke. Mike’s experienced, relaxed style will let you learn in a fun yet informative manner. The class consists of a mixture of hands-on  instruction, along with demonstrations where you can pick up tips and tricks of the trade. Typically this one day class will start either mid morning or mid afternoon. During the class, you will learn how to prepare your three course meal which you will then enjoy afterwards.

Places will be limited to a maximum of six per class to ensure individual attention. Many aspects of modern cookery will be covered from basic knife skills and food preparation, to sous-vide cooking, producing tasty dishes and sauces.

We look forward to welcoming you on one of our courses. Please email for dates and further information.
